Fry's Electronics, Inc. Class Action
On March 3, 2010, two employees of Fry's Electronics, Inc. initiated a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of all Non-exempt, hourly employees of Fry's from between March 3, 2006 and the Present for wage and hour violations.
The Class Action complaint seeks monetary damages for:
- Unlawful deductions from wages;
- Illegal charge backs of commissions;
- Illegal record keeping;
- Failure to pay overtime compensation; and
