On April 23, 1010, two employees Metropark USA initiated a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of all non-exempt, hourly employees who were employed at any time between April 23, 2006 and the present for wage and hour violations.
The Class Action complaint seeks monetary damages for:
- Failure to provide meal and rest periods;
- Failure to pay wages earned;
- Failure to pay wages upon termination or quitting employment; and
- Unlawful and unfair business practices.
