MinuteClinic, LLC Class Action
On February 26, 2009, an employee of MinuteClinic LLC initiated a Class Action lawsuit on behalf of all nurse practitioners who were employed at any time between February 26, 2005 and the present for wage and hour violations.
The Class Action complaint seeks monetary damages for:
- Off-the-clock work;
- Failure to pay overtime compensation;
- Failure to provide meal and rest periods;
- Failure to pay wages earned; and
- Unlawful and unfair business practices.
